Your access to and use of this Site implies that (i) you accept these Terms, as well as the Return Policy and Privacy Notice (hereinafter the "Additional Policies"), and (ii) you acknowledge that these policies are binding and enforceable.

By providing content (e.g., photos or images) on the Site, the User grants AROMARIA an irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the content.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AROMARIA UK from any claims or disputes arising from (i) the User’s use of the Site, (ii) violation of these Terms, and (iii) infringement of third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AROMARIA UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Site, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. AROMARIA’s total liability for any claim related to a product or service purchased through the Site shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

9. CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including but not limited to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which grants protections such as the right to receive goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
