At Aromaria, we are committed to ensuring you love your experience with us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
- Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and sealed.
- Certain items, such as customised products, gift cards, or products exempt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, are non-returnable.
COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For purchases made online, consumers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
1. Contact us at contact.uk@aromaria.mx with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions.
3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
